LB300-M

The LB300-M is a single turret workhorse capable of 3 axis turning and milling. It is equipped with a tailstock for shaft work and is well equipped for parts with both turning and milling requirements.

LT200-MY

Excel’s LT200-MY twin spindle lathe is our newest edition of Okuma’s twin spindle lathes. It has up to 2.59” bar stock capacity. This machine has options including Super Big Bore, live tooling, C-axis, Y-axis and a parts catcher with conveyor. This machine can routinely produce turned parts with tolerances of +/-.0002 inches. Both turrets can work on either spindle.

LT300-MY

Excel has 2 Okuma LT300-MY twin spindle CNC Lathes. These machines are equipped with live tooling, dual turrets, dual spindles, C-axis, Y-axis, and are capable of producing high accuracy parts with automation available. Up to 8 horsepower milling is on the machine.

LT10-MY

Our Okuma LT10-MY CNC Twin spindle lathe is equipped with an automated bar feeder. This machine can transfer the part from 1st to 2nd spindle automatically and work simultaneously on both spindles. Live tools with C axis are available from all 12 stations of both turrets. Live tools with Y & C axis are available from all 12 stations of the upper turret. The upper turret can work on both spindles and the lower turret can work on the right spindle.

MC-V4020

For milling Excel has 2 Okuma MC-V4020 vertical machining centers. These machines have an extremely fast tool changer and an innovative rigid design. When combined with its accuracy, it makes for incredibly efficient machining.
